Monkey Business

Kate eats bananas one of two way--cut up with brown sugar on them or in the peel "like a monkey."  In the middle of sacrament meeting last Sunday, when all the other children were looking at pictures of Jesus and thinking about primary songs, Kate found a granola bar in my church bag and asked me to open it.  In the process of getting it for her, I apparently did something very wrong.  She promptly began to holler, "No!  Eat it like a monkey! Eat it like a monkey!.."  This continued all the way out of the chapel.  I glanced up at the stand as I exited and saw the bishopric busting up. There are certainly no dull moments in church with a two-year-old.
