Kate inherited the Staker trait of being an unabashed fruit pig. I started her lunch off today with a bowl of raspberries. As she came to the end of the bowl she asked for an apple, then a banana, then some strawberries, and then some watermelon. Her sandwich lay untouched as she announced she was finished with lunch. All I can say is, there are certainly more difficult challenges than getting in five servings of fruit & vegetables a day for this girl.
